Personal development is not always about acing an interview or getting a job. Have a look at some of what’s on the list, a glance may well give you that edge in becoming an a highly capable individual.

But  if you are looking for a new role and there is no response from potential employers and or recruiters  then the one question to be asked is why?

Whilst there are a whole host of  reasons what needs to be remembered is that there are those which are simply not in your control. However what is in your control is  control is  to make certain that you are the right fit, have the required skills set and experience, possess a range of transferrable skills.

Preparing for that interview call and then acing it,  to land the job does require  passing a few hoops.
